We only collect, use and hold information that we need to be able to provide you with the service you are requesting.

You don’t have to give us any of this personal information but if you don’t then you may not be able to to receive all the information and communication needed to access our sessions. It would also be extremely difficult for us to be able to provide you with an optimal level of customer service.

  • Your name & contact details

We use your email to get in touch with you about renewals, any changes to sessions and any communications regarding your place.

  • Your child’s age and medical conditions

We use this information to ensure that your child is in the correct session for their age and ability and to ensure that our coaches have the best knowledge in cases of medical emergencies.

  • Emergency contact

This information would only be used in emergencies where something happened to the grown up attending sessions with your child.

  • Use of photos

We occasionally take photos during sessions to use on our Website and all forms of Social Media. These are used for promotional purposes. If you have chosen to opt out of us using pictures of your child when you join Tiddlekicks, we will NEVER use your photos for this purpose.

We will NEVER pass on your information to anyone else.
